See for yourself. In addition to the racism, there’s this stupid hunter character trying to hunt Spider-Man. I found myself thinking it was a waste for them not to use Kraven the Hunter, but quickly decided the fewer pieces of Spider-Man’s legacy associated with this, the better.

The best copy of that Spider-Man cartoon I could find isn’t very good, but the way the Vulture talks like his voice is out of control and he can’t stop it really should be heard.
