This one opens with a 2-page, Spider-Man’s-eye-view splash of the book’s other heroes fighting various goons in recognizable supervillain tech. Doc Ock arms, Scorpion tails, Vulture wings. Constrictor, uh, constrictors, just so…

Secret War 2
Not my favorite rendition of Wolverine. But maybe his first appearance on the blog in his new-ish suit for Joss Whedon and John Cassaday’s Astonishing X-Men, which is underway at this point….
MKSM 11
Strange cover. Makes it look like it’s those 3 vs. the Sinister Six. Maybe it was meant to throw people off in early solicitations. Well, we pick up where we left off,…
DD V2 56-60

DD V2 34-35

USM Super Special
Behold it. Published the same month as UMTU 16, the real grand finale of the series arrives in an oversized “jam book.” I think this is the first place he does it,…
DD V2 20 & 25
This is an unusual post, as I am jamming 2 Spidey appearances in Daredevil together. The first is a backup story, it’s not long enough to be its own thing, so I…
