Jac is definitely making the Metal Gear Solid sound in panel 6.
People said they were stressed about the previous page. And you know what? Fair cop. Child endangerment isn’t the noblest of dramatic devices, that’s for sure. It’s not like I’d write anything bad happening, of course… I’m not Mark Millar… but it can be off-putting. I’ll talk a bit more about this segment in the next update. Which will… hopefully… be… soon? I’d originally intended this to be the middle of a 3-page update, but at this point, I kinda just want to get anything out there faster than I have been, so we’re doing it like this.
