Breaking news: It’s way easier to make a page with only one character on it. I should do this more often.

I feel like a lot of the pages in this scene suffered from a lot of extenuating circumstances. I’m hoping that things are going to go more smoothly from here on out.

As you read this, I just got home from 10 days out of town. Will I manage to post a page next Monday? I hope so!

It’s fun to finally revisit a location from a previous chapter. Pretty much every part of my process has changed since the last time I drew this place. Which was almost 2 years ago, by the way, before I ever posted a page of this comic. I wish I could get this out faster.

That is, of course, the oh-so-cleverly named World’s Best Burger Joint, where the kids hung out way back in the first chapter. Kinda fun to return to a location 2 years later, creatively. I feel like things are vastly different now than they were when I was drawing those pages, oh so long ago. Hopefully better.
