For awhile in 2017, I was posting a drawing a day of various super characters, just ‘cuz. I made the mistake of starting this right before I went out of the country for 3 weeks, and so had to create a big backlog. I managed 90 of them. I began to think of them as “the 2017s,” numbering each one in my signature. It was pretty fun, but also exhausting. I decided to switch from Marvel to DC characters, did 2, and stopped. But that’s how it goes sometimes.
